CM to take up state issues like ILP, language resolution with Newly formed Modi 3 Govt

Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong has informed that Chief Minister Conrad Sangma along with his cabinet Minister will be visiting Delhi soon to remind the newly formed Modi 3 Government about the demand of the state for the pending issues including ILP and the language resolution.

 

Talking to Mediapersons, Tynsong said, “We wait till such time when everything is settled, CM, myself we will go again to Delhi, we will be again meeting the leaders, Prime Minister and Home Minister and other Ministers at the centre reminding, refreshing again the memory of the pending issues like ILP, inclusion of languages and also any other issues important for the state.”

 

The Deputy Chief Minister, who is also the Meghalaya President of NPP has stated that the party had earlier directed two of its MPs to raised the issues pertaining to the state in the parliament.

 

Refuting the allegation made by the newly elected Member of Parliament from the Tura Lok Sabha constituency Saleng A Sangma, Tynsong said, “Saleng just being elected just few days back I don’t know from where did he get all these information wheather Agatha raised state issue or not but the direction given by the party be it Rajya Sabha MP or then Tura MP Agatha we had already directed both of them to take up the state issues with the Government of India be it inside the parliament or in the level of the government.”
