Shylla expressed confidence that the state government or the department concerned will agree to the request of the people to do a little modification if required to the rules starting scientific coal mining.

“For now the public wants to see how scientific coal mining should start and how it will be. I thank the Chief Minister for doing the best he can and for bringing justice to the people” he added.

Shylla said that when it comes to central laws that need to be followed, it usually takes time and as of today four persons have completed the required procedures with the central to start  coal mining.

He informed that there are many applicants who have applied for a license for coal mining but till date only four persons have completed the procedure, since they were the first to apply.
