Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Wednesday said he will not call the Voice of the People Party (VPP) for talks as such, however, maintained that the government is ready to discuss on the Lokayukta issues and anybody can meet him any time.
Speaking to mediapersons, the Chief Minister said, “We are very much open, anybody can come and meet us any time. I think this Government is the most open Government and we have no problem in meeting anybody on any issue.”
It may be mentioned that earlier the VPP has decided to suspend its agitation after the state government assured to hold discussion with them on the issue.
