Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Thursday won the trust vote. With the National People’s Party-led Meghalaya Democratic Alliance-2 government has the support of 45 MLAs, the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly expressed confidence in the Conrad Sangma-led Government.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma moved the Vote of Confidence, which was taken up by the Speaker Thomas A Sangma, however, the house expressed it confidence in the present Ministry headed by Conrad Sangma by a voice vote.
