Education Minister Rakkam A Sangma on Monday said the recruitment for more than 1,200 MTET pass teachers for the Government LP Schools will be done as early as possible.
Talking to reporters, the Minister said the advertisement and notification for the same will be out on Friday, July 14.
“More than twelve hundred posts in the Government LP schools are vacant now, we have decided to recruit the MTET passed candidates as early as possible,” Sangma told reporters.
The Education Minister further added, “The Advertisement and notification will be out on Friday, the 14th July for more than 1,200 government LP school vacancies will be out for all the MTET passed candidates in all the subdivisions of the state. “
He said the department will push to complete the recruitment process in the next two months.
“Once the advertisement is floated out then it won’t take time, we will try to finish the process in maximum two months, we will try to finish this even before 15th August if possible,” Rakkam said.
