Minister in-charge Public Health Engineering (PHE) Marcuise N Marak on Thursday said that the Pohkseh Water Supply Scheme is targeted to be completed in June, this year.
The project was sanctioned on March 29, 2018.
Replying in the Assembly, Marak said, “The amount sanctioned is Rs 85,84,600.00 and the amount utilized till date is Rs 45,59, 441.00.”
He informed that the expected population to be benefited upon completion of the project is 7,760.
Marak however said provision for providing house service connections was not incorporated in the scheme as the household connections are being provided by the dorbar shnong.
