City youth brings laurels to the state; Swapnil Bhattacharya has secured all-India 344 rank in the UPSC Civil Services examination.
Swapnil, ICSE Batch 2013, completed class 10 board examination from St Edmund’s School, Shillong. He completed his Class 12 from Army Public School (APS), Shillong and thereafter moved to Delhi for further studies.
