Youth Congress president resigns from post.

One of the most vocal presidents of the Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress (MPYC), Richard Marak, has resigned from his post.
Marak, who has not cited any reason for doing so, mentioned in the resignation letter that he is not leaving the party and would serve Congress in other aspects.
In a letter to the president of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) on November 12, Richard tendered his resignation as the president of MPYC as he added that he had a great journey in the role with the party but needed to take a break.
Marak ended the letter, asking to be relieved of his position with the acceptance of his resignation.
The MPYC leader, however, was not available for further comments. EOM
