SHILLONG, JULY 9 :Minister in-charge of education Rakkam A Sangma informed that almost close to 100 students have applied for photocopy and revaluation of the MBOSE answer script.
Sangma informed that out of 100 students, 8 students were from science and 4 students from commerce and upon revaluation, their marks have changed.
“This issue has come out only this time because one of the candidates was in the top list but it is a natural process” said Sangma.
Sangma informed that every year, every board across the country, every state board, be it CBSE, ICSE, AICE used to give this opportunity of revaluation for photo copy of their answer script.
“So the MBOSE also did the same thing, it is a normal process, the students and parents should thank the MBOSE for giving this opportunity” he added.
The minister informed that there are some minimum fees fixed by MBOSE, and within one month the students have to apply for revaluation and rechecking of papers.
