Another leader of the National Liberation Council of Nongkyndong (NLCN) was arrested from Iewduh here on Thursday morning.
The arrested person has identified himself as the self-styled Area Commander of East Khasi Hills District, police said.
The number of arrested members of the NLCN has gone up to 11.
A senior police officer informed that operations are on to nab the other cadres of the new outfit.
All arrested persons are being produced before the court today. Police have sought sufficient time for police custody in order to arrest all its members.
Meanwhile, the court has remanded the accused persons to 8 days police custody.
